The accommodation is reserved exclusively for the persons numbered on the booking form. A refundable security deposit of £350 is required against breakages or the need for excessive cleaning. The cost of the air-conditioning/heating is included in the accommodation cost, however, we would appreciate it if “wasted use” of these utilities is avoided and suggest you monitor and use it as you would in your own home, remembering to close outside doors so cold/hot air doesn't escape. In the event of unreasonably excessive use of these facilities, the owners reserve the right to deduct a surcharge for the electricity from the security deposit. The security deposit is refundable and will be returned within 4 weeks of vacating less any necessary costs for damages and losses with receipts provided.

The client is responsible for the property and its contents for the duration of the stay, and it is assumed that clients will use the property and its amenities in a careful and responsible manner. This includes ensuring the security of the property, particularly when absent or on departure. You are responsible for ensuring that the property provided is left upon departure in the same condition of repair as upon arrival. HOLIDAY INSURANCE - Holiday insurance is not included.
