Looking for a golfing holiday with a difference? Casa Lavanda is a luxury air-conditioned/centrally heated five-bedroomed villa located on the HatoVerde golf course designed by International golfer Manuel Piñero just a 10-minute drive from the centre of Seville. Piñero believes that each golfer who plays on one of his courses 'must be able to rise to the challenge of an unattainable game'. What more could you want, a luxury five-star house on a course designed by a golfer who understands the need for a challenge? This luxury semi-detached villa has ample space for ten people. The accomodation comprises of a twin bedroom with its own bathroom on the ground floor (Bedroom 1), a master bedroom on the first floor with its own bathroom and dressing area (Bedroom 2), and three other bedrooms (Bedrooms 3 & 4 with double beds and Bedroom 5 with twin beds). There is a third bathroom opposite these upstairs bedrooms. All the rooms have built-in wardrobes. This is a wonderful location for visiting all the major cities of western Andalucia (to see the exact location of Casa Lavanda click here). Casa Lavanda is a ten-minute drive from the centre of Seville. Cordoba is 40 minutes on the bullet train (the AVE). Jerez, with its 'Bodegas' is a 45-minute drive away, as is Cádiz and the beaches at Huelva. The added bonus of being near Seville is that you can be in Madrid in 2hrs 20mins using the bullet train.
The two upstairs bathrooms have shower, bath, bidet, wash basins and WC. The downstairs bathroom has a shower, WC and wash basin.
It has a small but well-equipped garden to the rear of the house with a a terrace with comfortable seating where you can relax after a day in the city or on the greens. There is also a large built-in barbecue so you can enjoy al fresco eating.
A gate in the garden leads to the communal pool area and gardens, shared only with nearby residents.
There is also a large terrace on the roof of the house which has comfortable loungers for anyone who wants to have a sunbathe or a siesta after a morning of sightseeing or golf.
The master bedroom on the first floor also enjoys its own terrace .
On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen and a large open plan living/dining area leading to a terrace.
The living room is furnished with two large sofas, armchairs, side tables, coffee table, and dining table (to seat 10) with chairs, TV with a variety of channels & DVD player.
The accommodation has ample parking and a utility room.
Golf holidays are particularly suited to this area as there are three equally excellent courses within a 10 minute drive and there are none of the hectic tourist traps found in places such as Marbella and the rest of the Costa del Sol. The most remarkable thing about this accommodation is that you can walk right onto the greens of a course surrounded by the local fauna and yet be in the centre of one of the most beautiful and historic cities in Europe in just over ten minutes.
